The Corona pandemic has changed all of our lives and will probably continue to affect us for a while in 2021.
Therefore, as a company providing "close-contact services", it is very important to us to protect both our customers and our employees in the best possible way.
Our main goal is therefore to offer us all more “normality” in everyday life and to make social life more pleasant again, even in times of social distancing and within the framework of the currently applicable rules that are a burden for all of us.
We want to do everything possible to prevent further lockdowns.
We are currently not offering any massages or treatments that require removing face masks. Spa treatments are also not yet available. We want to avoid having to require our customers, that is, you, to have a current COVID-19 test on the day of your visit.
Regardless of this, and for your and our safety, we have implemented a testing program for our staff. This is intended to offer both you and our employees a certain level of security and to make interactions less stressful.
We rely on regular COVID-19 antigen rapid tests, so-called point-of-care (PoC) tests. We use rapid tests that may only be administered by trained personnel, and we ensure this is the case.
Furthermore, the tests are properly documented and we have a catalog of measures in case a positive COVID-19 test result is found.
In addition to our testing concept, we rely on the use of suitable and data protection-compliant apps for data collection for possible contact tracing. These apps should make it easier for us and you and avoid the tedious filling out of forms as far as possible.
As the last and most important building block of our strategy, we are implementing the SARS-CoV-2 occupational health and safety standard and consistently adhering to our hygiene plan and visitor management system that takes into account compliance with distancing and hygiene rules, insofar as this is possible for a "close-contact service".
